Emma has considerable experience in a wide variety of establishments, having trained with David and Serena Pincus, riding horses up to Grand Prix level. From there she went on to work for Broadstone Stud as assistant dressage trainer. She also spent time with Henrietta Andersen and Ulrich Molgard, helping to train their horses.

Sally trained with the famous 3-day Event rider Colonel J. Hume-Dudgeon in Ireland and has since spent many years running various establishments, producing horses and riding horses to professional levels.
